GERMAN SPEAKING CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE

Feladatok:

  • For our office in Budapest, Hungary we are looking for Customer Service Representatives to support the aftersales processes of our German speaking clients.
    • Receiving end user requests for product details, warranty registration and general inquiries
    • Provide first level resolution providing excellent customer experience
    • Ticket creation /Categorization / Prioritization
    • Ticket escalation to respective Support Group
    • Documenting both the customer concern and action to resolve the issue in the CRM tool

 

Elvárások:

    • have excellent written and verbal communication skills in German and English languages
    • have relevant work experience in Customer Service
    • have High School degree
    • are open to work in shifts
    • have excellent communication skills – both written and spoken
    • are flexible, open-minded personality with a "can do" attitude
