TRANSACTIONAL FINANCE SPECIALIST

(16-0327)

Feladatok:

    • Journal preparation, review & entry
    • Preparation & review of balance sheet
    • Preparation & review of Intercompany and bank reconciliations
    • Investigation of any mismatches
    • Preparation & review of monthly/quarterly VAT returns
    • Maintain working relationships with KBP (Finance Onsite, Stock Admin, Tax, Internal audit)
    • Assist with training new staff members
    • Provide cover for the Finance Manager when required
    • Arrange meetings with relevant teams to resolve ongoing queries
    • Help Collate data for internal/external audit
    • Be the central point of contact for all European audit queries
    • Ad hoc duties and special projects as requested by management

 

Elvárások:

    • 1,5-2 years of relevant experience in a similar position (e.g. General Ledger, R2R) OR 3-4 years AP experience with Finance & Accounting degree.
    • Fluency in English
    • Experience working in a multinational environment
    • Advanced level of Microsoft Excel (pivot, Vlookup)
    • Knowledge of People Soft or other ERP systems is a plus
    • Attention to detail and accuracy
