Feladatok:

• Creation and processing of sales orders in the relevant systems and tools
• Liaising with Buyers / Purchasing Support for information and with Customer Management or other stakeholders if orders are blocked in the system
• Efficient, prompt and accurate of order entry
• Selecting the right delivery service
• Processing returns
• Ensuring Credits are processed in the system, resolving order and invoices queries promptly
• Enabling high customer satisfaction
• Prepare quotation for catalogue quotes in the given systems
• Closely together with the Sales and Legal teams
• Create reports and take part in presentation work

Elvárások:

• high level of German or French and English knowledge
• analytical mindset
• experience working in SSC environment
• be able to work in a virtual team
