Feladatok:

• Perform Vendor Master Management activities,
• Perform 2-way or 3-way matching and voucher the invoice,
• Follow up with vendor for any missing information,
• Check the vendor files for any previous payments,
• Voucher the invoice as per the vendor net terms,
• Support relevant month end closing related activities in line with company closing schedule,
• Ensure process guidelines are followed and met as documented,
• Achieve process SLAs / metrics – productivity and quality targets within the established timelines,
• Raise process related issues on time with process lead and team lead,
• Adhere to shift handover process,
• Contribute towards creation of knowledge updates & stay updated with process knowledge / changes,
• Ensure update status of SOP,
• Provide updates and submit reports related to own area of work.

Elvárások:

• College or University degree in Finance or Accounting,
• 1-2 years relevant work experience,
• Fluent ITALIAN and English language,
• Shared Service Centre experience is preferred,
• Basic accounting/finance knowledge required.
