Feladatok:
- Drive Process improvements and growth for this area of influence
- Ensure full alignment between the organisation and Finance vertical strategy
- Drive world class efficiency and effectiveness across locations
- Create operational talent management and succession framework
- Accountable for Shared Services delivery for Advanced Finance Services globally
- Accountable for all day to day performance, quality and people management responsibilities for the field
- Take responsibility for opex budget for the division
- Key part in leading and driving our Vision and Strategy
Elvárások:
- Graduation/Post Graduation in Commerce/Finance/Management
- 6+ years of experience in Finance, in senior manager role
- Experience in defining business strategy and projects
- Excellent English language knowledge
- Strong stakeholder management skills across a matrix organisation
