Feladatok:

    • Understanding of requirements received from business analyst
    • Analyze incidents and identify correct resolutions
    • Perform small enhancements, incident resolutions
    • Unit Test all changes and bug fixes
    • Support Functional testing and perform bug resolutions
    • Support implementation and rollout tasks
    • Work in an Agile environment and communicate actively in Scrum meetings
    • Update JIRA tasks with correct progress information and report issues and obstacles in a timely manner
    • Adhere to standards for coding and documentation
    • Documentation, both in-line and offline
    • Contribute to innovations and improvement initiatives

 

Elvárások:

    • 3+ years of relevant experience in ServiceNow
    • Knowledge of JavaScript language, server and client-side coding, use of APIs
    • Experience in server and client-side development and debugging
    • Familiarity with SCRUM / Agile working practices
    • Adherence to produce clean and easy-to-understand code and documentations
    • Familiarity with REST APIs and SOAP would be a plus
    • Good understanding of relational database structure, familiarity with SQL queries
    • Ability to design data models is good to have
    • Strong team player attitude
    • Strong communication and coordination skills
