JUNIOR HR BUSINESS PARTNER

Feladatok:
- Support employees and the business leaders on a daily basis, being a single point of contact as Junior Business Partner. Ensure that Human Resources Team provides the highest quality support at all times towards the internal Hungary employees. - Compensation & Benefits
- Check payroll administration – timesheets, sick leave documents, vacation
- Assistance with regards to the bonus, promotion, salary revision cycles
- Legal documents follow up
- Contract modifications, job descriptions, deputation, maternity cover
- Study contracts, language courses, etc. in cooperation with HR Shared Services Team
- Provide answers to requests and questions from business leaders and employees during and outside customer service hours via email, chat
- Regular consultation (1:1 meetings) with Senior Leaders
- Talent development:
- Participate on internal interviews and Assessment Centers for leadership roles,
- Participate in Leadership Foundation Program coordination (provides feedback to the candidates and defines the development plan based on the personality test results)
- Hold trainings for leaders (e.g. HR induction for new leaders)
- Handles daily conflicts within the projects after consultation with HR Team Lead
- Performance management follow-up and coordination of PIP’s where necessary; Handles disciplinary cases if necessary
- Participates in termination discussions with employees
- Conducts exit interviews and prepares analyses. Ensures that feedback is provided to the leaders and actions are followed through
- Prepare and participate in audits (internal, external) to ensure compliance
- Initiates new processes where necessary and improves existing policies/processes; ensures that the employees follow these
- Coordinates HR events, support employee engagement programs.
- Other ad hoc tasks, projects assigned by the HR Director
Elvárások:
- Min. 3-4 years of relevant experience in a senior HR generalist or senior HR associate role,
- HR degree or any Bachelor’s degree with HR faculty,
- Strong knowledge of Hungarian labour law & regulations,
- Very good MS Office skills (Word + advanced level Excel),
- Very good communication skills both in English and Hungarian (fluent English is a must!),
- Strong customer-focus mindset, team-player attitude, communicative personality,
- Good multitasking & problem-solving skills,
- Preferred work experience in Shared Service sector or in multinational environment.
