HRSS (HR SHARED SERVICE) TEAM LEADER

Feladatok:

  • Managing & coordinating the onsite activity of HRSS Team - who supports the respective HR team
  • Reviewing & improving, managing HRSS processes
  • Reporting regularly to the HRSS Senior Manager with metrics data
  • Working closely with the local Support Teams, Vendors, Business Partners, and other HR functions
  • Be a Single Point of Contact for HRSS team and manage every activities with proper control in place
  • Report the issues and challenges to the HRSS Senior Manager and HRBPs
  • Maintain agreed SLA on all processes
  • Maintain the required trackers and manage the efforts efficiently
  • Suggest proactively automation / transformation ideas to the HRSS Senior Manager
  • Ensure full Audit compliance

 

Elvárások:

  • Should be very good in managing end-to-end HR processes
  • Should have strong knowledge of Hungarian labour law & regulations
  • Should have 2+ years of experience in people management or in team lead role (preferably in multinational/ SSC environment)
  • Should have very good MS Office skills (advanced Excel for making reports)
  • Should have very good communication skills both in English (fluent English is a must!) and Hungarian
  • Should have very good problem solving & presentational skills
  • Should be an innovative, dynamic personality with good people management skills
