DR. PATRIK MOLONTAY

He achieved a Master's degree in Economics and he is also the doctor of law and political sciences. After university years he joined KPMG. His started his headhunter career at HumanField as an HR consultant, later he was promoted to Head of Executive Search. He has been leading the largest Hungarian executive search company as the operative and strategic director for more than 5 years. From January 2018 he is the Managing Director of HumanField.

He has successfully managed executive search and selection processes for many multinational and Hungarian medium-sized and large companies. He is the Hungarian member of the international association of ISPA Exective Search.
